Interest Makes You Interesting
The most interesting people are the most interested. They ask questions, listen genuinely, and are curious about other people's experiences. This creates a paradox: by focusing attention outward, they become more magnetically interesting.
Have Opinions
Bland people agree with everything. Interesting people have actual perspectives — not to be contrarian, but because they've thought about things enough to form genuine opinions. Having a take, even a wrong one, is more interesting than having no take.
Do Unusual Things
You don't need to be extraordinary. You need to be atypical in at least one dimension. Read things nobody reads. Try activities nobody expects. Visit places that aren't on Instagram. Novel experiences create novel perspectives, which make you interesting.
