These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rankd at myrankd.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service is

Rankd is an entertainment quiz site. It generates percentile rankings, personality-style insights, and self-reflection content based on the answers you provide. Results are generated algorithmically for entertainment and reflection purposes only.

Not professional advice

Rankd does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Lifespan estimates, personality assessments, compatibility scores, and all other outputs are for entertainment and should not be relied upon for any decision of consequence. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Rankd, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use the Service.

Purchases and refunds

Paid unlocks are digital goods, delivered instantly once payment is confirmed.
Because these are instantly-delivered digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@myrankd.com within 14 days and we’ll review case-by-case.
Your unlock is tied to your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser data may remove your unlock; we can’t restore it without a payment record.

Acceptable use

Don’t do any of the following:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the paywall.
Use automated tools to generate fake traffic or fraudulent payments.
Reproduce or redistribute paid content without permission.
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

Intellectual property

All content, design, text, algorithms, and scoring rubrics on Rankd are the property of Rankd and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share your own results on social media with attribution to myrankd.com.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankd and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rankd is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
